What is Matrix?
Matrix is a Web-based MLS platform designed to manage every aspect of MRMLS delivery. Matrix is considerably faster, more flexible and has more features than any other MLS system.
Can I use Matrix right now?
Yes, MRMLS members may logon into Matrix and start using this powerful new MLS. Additional features will follow in October 2006, including easy listing edits and photo upload.
How do I get help using Matrix?
There are many training options available at http://www.imrmls.com/training or for support go to http://www.imrmls.com/centsite/support.html.
Searching
What’s new for Matrix searching?
Matrix has faster searching capabilities which means you will not wait long to find listings. Searching is more flexible because you can customize your search pages. There are new features such as show different search result formats, set default criteria, show search criteria and clear search criteria.
What's new with search results for Matrix?
Matrix keeps count of selected listings on multiple pages. You can easily sort the search results by clicking on a column header. For example, click on the Thomas Guide column header and all the listings will be sorted by Thomas guide.
Printing
Can I print listings in Matrix?
Yes, there are many printable reports to choose from and you can print multiple pictures on one page.

CMA (Comparitive Market Analysis)
Does Matrix have a new CMA?
Matrix has 21 different CMA reports to choose from. You can email your CMA directly from Matrix and you can save unlimited CMA’s in Matrix for up to 30 days.

Email
Can I email listings from Matrix?
New email features include: emailing up to 250 listings at one time, select email contacts from a saved contact list, send email to unlimited addresses, spell check, save signature, preview email before sending, and customize header and footer of the email to include your phone number and website address.
Can I schedule automatic emails?
Yes, just save a search and then enable auto email to any one of your saved contacts. In addition, email history will notify you when a client views any of your auto emails.

Mapping
Can I map listings in Matrix?
Yes, you can map multiple properties on a street map. You can also view properties on an aerial map with Smart Map.

What is My Matrix?
My Matrix allows you to customize Matrix. My Matrix features include Watch Listings, Save Searches, Market Updates, My Listings, Contacts, Email History, Custom Displays, Custom Exports, CMA’s and Settings.
